Well Hello there…
Year 2017 was the time Mr. P and I started our Summer tradition of Charcuterie. To those who are not familiar with this term (as I was before…) let me share this with you:
Charcuterie (shahr-cute-uh-ree) is a French word for any smoked, dry-cured or cooked meat. This category includes favorites like bacon, ham, pâté and sausages. More esoteric items like terrines, rillettes, galantines and duck confit are also considered charcuterie.

This year will be spent making Charcuterie and Cheese plates during summer. Maybe (just maybe…) this is the year I will invite people over and share this new found love.
